The Thoth 6 of Swords-Science:
The complete interpretation of this card is the perfect balance of all mental and moral facilities, hardly won and almost impossible to hold in an ever-changing world. The 6 of Swords is the science of the Spirit-Mind-Body harmonic that is both objective and fair-witnessing. The 6's are represented in the 6th Sephiroth-Tiphareth/Beauty. The Realm of the Soul and/or Sun (son) of the Divine Creative.
The 6 swords, suggesting the form of the unicursal hexagram and/or Holy Hexagram, all join in the center of the Rosy cross; a Rosicrucian Cross, which is the universal symbol of integration, synthesis and blessing. This Rosy Cross indicates that the 6 of Swords represents the integrative mind that recognizes sources of inspiration that are sometimes unexplainable. The holistic mind is symbolized by the circle while the crystalline diamond represents the crystal clear creative mind. This mind can consider many thoughts at once (the many pinwheels in the background) and integrating them into a whole clarity that is objectively communicated in such a way as to present a new perspective that is otherwise unseen.
Mercury is seen at the top of the card and Aquarius at the bottom, symbolizing Mercury in Aquarius. Mercury is the winged messenger (clear communication) and Aquarius is the New Age (new perspectives) symbolizing the ability to communicate new ideas in such an objective way that they are easily understood and heard.
In reiteration, the Minor cards are all under the rule of a Sephiroth, in the case of the 6s, it is the Sephiroth Tiphareth- Beauty. The adept will find the initiation of Tiphareth the first of the Greater Initiations into the meaning of self. This Tiphareth initiation is literally a scarifying of all that we know to be self, and life as we have lived it. Here the sacrifice is not relinquishing the much desired something, but rather a transition of Force, from that of the will of lesser consciousness to the Pure Will of the Greater Self. "Thy will be done" rather than, "my will be done'.
The Four Tarot 6's are about definite accomplishment and carrying out of a matter.
`THE 6 OF SWORDS- Science card is also called: Lord of Earned Success the Angels of the Decan are: Rehaayal and Yeyezeil. The Six of Swords is influenced by Tiphareth in the Astral World [Yetzirah].
Here the air sign of Aquarius, is ruled by Saturn, which tends to stabilize the fleeting qualities of Mercury. The positioning of Mercury in Aquarius, a Mind sign, leads naturally to science and humanitarianism so success is the result of Saturn's work in this aspect. Now the cutting power of Swords is turned toward the positive, and the Rose is resurrected after being war torn in the strife ridden 5's that are related to the Severity of Geburah.
In the 6 of Swords, the swords/thoughts- all come together at a point in the restored Rose Cross of Six squares, which Crowley calls, “The Rose Cross at the central secret of Scientific Truth." Thus, we have the definitive meaning of "success after anxiety and trouble", for the Way of the Cross is suffering before ascension. Here, Tiphareth shows the perfect balance and idea of the card, as all moral and mental faculties are perfectly balanced, won by great effort, but hard to hold in an ever-changing world of political propaganda. media run identity and commercialized morality.
the tarot of the spirit-six of wind-clarity
The Tarot of The Spirit-Six of Wind, represents the consciousness that is suddenly clear, with a sense of beauty, your analytical ability is sharp and keen. This is mudanely known as the "Aw Ha" moment. Shown at the bottom of the card are the glyphs of Mercury and Aquarius.
In the Six of Wind, the blades of the Swords have turned into the Path of Higher Wisdom, forming their own hexagram. Inside the diamond shape of "As above, so below", there are the wings of transformation. Hence, the wings symbolize the protection of the Soul for the personality in change/transformation.
The Holy Grail (Graäl) is the background spiritual cup of Mother. Blue is representative of understanding this message of the Grail/Great Spirit. The Yellow of Tiphareth, the Sun, represents the Beauty of Divine reason, the key to Understanding. Tiphareth represents the Sun/Son of the Divine Creative, the Soul who Understands the Will to Form of Mother, and produces that information, as in-form-action. Here the I Am becomes self-Aware and becomes the trinity of I AM Me. The I Am is Self, and the "Me", is the Understood information of Self-awareness. Which is all fine and beautiful, until the "me" is wrenched away from the Beauty of its own Sun and told to "learn to be an adult", by the process of indoctrination, dogma and media/peer pressure. We are a representation of our Sun on Earth, yet we are rejected and told we "aren't" beautiful enough and must spend our life seeking an outer beauty/authority. The inner Christ/Buddha is our true authority and when one's personality finally realizes this, there is a great clarity and the warmth of the Original love that made you which flows light bright light through and around the body. The body becomes the diamond of the above and below that exudes a bright and warm light. Never were you meant to be anything but "yourself".
With the Christ consciousness, comes the Way of the Cross (strife) . We walk the Master's path of the Way of the Cross; a path less traveled that results from the understanding of suffering. The cross represents the "shape of Mankind". The radiant center is the Temple within the body, where our Soul presents itself. But first we must have ears to hear its special whispers of love. With the right resolution and self-reflection, suffering is transformed into true and everlasting joy. This is the great message of the suit of wind.
