The Starman Tarot-King of Cups,

I bring peace and harmony.

The Starman Tarot-King of Cups, is portrayed as an old Rastafarian Shaman, smoking his pipe and at ease with his watery world. Water is the most shape shifting element of the 4 Pythagorean Elements, for can freeze to a solid, melt, evaporate, heat, sublimate and combine with very many elements. Hence, the Master of the element, the King, can control his emotional viscosity as a man totally at ease with life.

Always in good spirits, this King has command of the animistic realm, atone with the power that organizes and animates the material of the universe. Displaying his ability to recycle anything dangerous or discarded into a useful or valuable tool, he has turned a decrepit burned out car into an extraordinary craft. As a wise old King, he has developed a greatly expanded emotional intelligence, and has bridged the gap between conscious and unconscious, so that they are one and the same. Here, the Ania-She-Unconscious and Animus-He-Consciousness, are animated in a divine dance of communion. He is caretaker of the Grail and is fully aware of his divine source; the Creatrix.

He is a diplomat, and a wise counselor to his people who listen calmly to his guidance, bringing a great timeless perspective to unfolding events, enabling peace and harmony in his kingdom. He is Bron the Blessed, The Wise Fisher King, whose same calm and gentle nature is directed toward his family makes him a father who is abundantly amiable, creative, and attentive without being unboundaried.

A beam of golden light flows out from his power center, into the grail-cup, turning the liquid into gold. Which is an interesting way to say that in his presence anything and anyone can take on value. Therefore, his presence is enough to turn the negative into the positive as he is the embodiment of wisdom, calm, laid back, humorous experience, and a creative free spirit. Therefore, the King of cups suggests a calm and wise influence is at hand. With this great internal strength comes grace, joy and a natural ease. What was unseen, is now seen, accepted and beautifully expressed. Fear is dissolved in the elixir of harmony.

Thoth- knight of cups

  • In the Thoth Tarot-Kings are called Knights, who are armored sitting astride their powerful "Spirit Force" steeds. The Knight of Cups is the fiery part of water, this may sound strange to the neophyte; However, the fiery part of water is the Power of Solution.

The Knight of Cups is not unlike the fiery attack of rain or springs. He rules the Zodiac from 21st degree of Aquarius to the 20th degree of Pisces.

  1. The Armor, bright wings, and the leaping white charger, all represent the most active aspects of water.
  2. The crab represents the aggressive nature of water and its regenerative state, as crabs individually regenerate by shedding their hard outer shell.
  3. The Knight of Wands totem is the Peacock, as the very nature of active water is its brilliance. The Peacock is also the totem of the Peacock God Myths of which a greater amount of inner study is needed if you wish to understand the "Swirling Depths" of this card.

The fluorescence characteristics of the person signified by this card are surprisingly passive, as dictated by the Zodiacal attribution. With the qualities of Venus, he is a graceful dilettante (a weak Jupiter). Passively amiable and quick to respond to attraction, the stimulation fades away as he is not very enduring on any emotional expression except calmness. He may be emotionally triggered by outside influence, like rings of water made by tossing a pebble into a pool, yet this person has no real martial depth of character and will easily be calm again. The Knight of Cups has an undeniable innocence and purity that is hardly clouded by his ill dignified sensuality, idleness, and story telling nature. In fact he may be so superficial that it is hard to reach any depth in him as he just states, "Don't worry, be happy".

Dewi

tarot personality birth- wheel

This card represents Dewi, the ancient lord of the Abyss, and archetype personality who is also known as Bran the blessed who later became the Christianized Fisher King or Rich Fisher named Bron. He represents ageless power and strength, a reliable protector of the needy with a quality of irresistible force underlying a calm surface.

There is great difficulty in rightly mating water with Fire, as the swift violent nature of fire (Knight of Wands) ill suits a character that is naturally as placid as water. It is a rare persona indeed that has mastered the balance, so most often we find the personality mismanaging his affairs and unless good fortune attend him, his career and life is littered with a trail of failure and disaster. There is a mental "civil war" here, and this can lead to depressions, and/or schizophrenia. The abuse of stimulants, alcohol, and narcotics is not uncommon with such a personality. As always the case, the surrounding cards will help the Reader decide the positive or ill dignified nature of this card and often within the reading is recommended the nature of correcting the unwanted behavior of any ill dignity. All in all, a very fun bubbly, bright person to be around, with an ancient calm wisdom who will gladly converse, as long as you show attraction, to stimulate his attention.
