Dreams of Gaia-13-Queen of Air

The Dreams of Gaia-13 Queen of Air, represents the "weaver" and/or the Native American Spider Woman. Just like Kali Ma of the Hindu, she is often seen as "cold" and "distant", lacking empathy and compassion. Like a Spider or Kali the destroyer. Therefore, such a personality would seem a bit "off-ish"; However, she is not cold, just a critical thinker and possessor of a very analytical mind. She is known as the "mask remover" for she's had years of experience observing others and can see through deception , focusing on the truth. It is obvious to her that a person's choices and decisions have led to their present. Then she offers her observations irrespective of whether they are asked for or not, making her seem without compassion. Tact and diplomacy were never her strong suits, as they often play to a person's self deceptions. Hence, she comes across as stern and hard, but her observations and advice are offered in the best of intentions, as she see each individual of equal intelligence and capable of understanding her.

So the Queen of Air, represents a realist who sees things without the need for optimism or pessimism. To her emotions, cloud judgement. Thinking with her head and not her heart. Therefore, the Queen of Air suggests that one think clearly, without emotion clouding judgement and perception. Emotional detachment is necessary " as it is what it is", which can't be seen through emotional clouds. Hence, the moment at hand requires imparcial objectivity and decisiveness. Therefore, the outcome you desire can only be achieved via logic, rationale, and realistic thought. In this present situation one must call upon their knowledge and learning, while not taking everything personal; like a person in an earthquake thinking god and/or the "Universes" is out to get them, handily forgetting there are many people being affected by the same earthquake. The Queen of Air personality insists that you stick to the facts, be forthright, and concise, not allowing your emotions to get the better of you.

If the Queen of Air card is thrown in a divination, it implies:

  • Time to be realistic.
  • Be observant.
  • Plan, organise, and determine your course of action.
  • A need for emotional detachment.
  • Be decisive and concise.
  • Stick to the facts.
  • Don't allow your intellect to alienate.

In Western Tantric Qabalah, Mother Binah, the 3rd Sephiroth and the Sephiroth of the Queens, is often called the Sanctifying Intelligence and known as the Parent of Faith. The Qabalistic Word Binah itself means Understanding. What is often not realized is that she is also Chronos who is the oldest of ancient gods. We may know him as "Father Time" but the highly restrictive nature of time, birth, aging and death are the ultimate result of the gift of Life bestowed by Mother-Binah, the Creatrix. So once again the Sexing of the Sephira proves to be insubstantial for complete understanding. It helps to remember that each Sephiroth has an expressive-male-state and a receptive-female-state of consciousness.

The Queen of Swords is Water of Air, which is also called Specific Water in the Realm of Primal Air. Water is the element attributed to consciousness and air is the element attributed to mind. Thus she is as Crowley stated in the Book of Thoth, "clear, conscious perception of Idea, the Liberator of Mind".

The Queen of Swords is the Queen of the Thrones of Air. Queen of Sylphs and Sylpides, attributed to the last Decan of Virgo and the first two Decans of Libra.

The severed head in her left hand reminds me of Kali Ma, the Hindu Goddess of Life and Death. Here the Queen of swords has the severed head of The Patriarch and the Sword of Geburah (and extension of Binah) in her right, pointing downward toward earth; indicating that she removes the masks of deceit and definition supplied by cultural thoughts or as defined by Rulers. The severed head, also implies that The Queen of Swords is the Sanctifying Intelligence; one that removes the "head of man" bring us into the Understanding of the ways in which each of us are deceived by thoughts while also teaching us to transcend them.

Yetzirah, (The world of Air) is the world of deception and only keen perception, and observation are the Sword that slices away all fantasy, delusion illusion and unreality.

The Queen of Swords also has upon her solar-crowned head, a child's head viewing upward, implying that only the innocent child is unfettered by sterile concepts and useless ideas and/or identities, for they haven't been programed to believe in a Ruler's definition of themselves.

Thoughts began by words are the Trickster, the "devil inside", the propaganda that fools us into believing survival thinking as true-consciousness, when all in all, I AM is the consciousness of the Sanctifying Intelligence that has given our immortal Spirit Form. Immortals don't worry about survival. The Original I AM, has built everything out of information gained from experience brought on by Self-Awareness. There is only a collective of Self, that we call a "universe". Hence, "Understanding" and created mortal being. Therefore, “tough love”, can be the Sword in The Creatrix's hand, which is the domain of Geburah that is called Severity. Another aspect of the Great Binah and her corrective abilities. As the Creatrix sees it, you are good enough to be her "Self-Awareness", you should be "good enough" for you. Creation can only be intimate with the created through "being". You are I AM being a Me. "Me" is entirely up to your definition of what you think you "Am". In such freedom to be, frees "Self-Awareness" to strive out beyond the "definitions" of Patriarchal propaganda. I AM Me is a statement of pride, not a statement of a down troddence and of one's psyche beaten by the floggings of Patriarch ruled words. Therefore, such a personality as the Queen of Swords, requires one to think clearly, decisively, concisely and without emotion. Be real! Be authentic! For the Creatrix doesn't create what she "isn't".
