Kether-The First Whirling of Energy

The Thoth Ace of Swords and the Declarative Tarot-Seeding Inspiration- represents the Unknowable Kether, whose God name is Eheieh (I Will Be) the 1st Sephiroth on the Tree of Life,  which is often depicted as the Point, The Diamond Crown, and the Buddhist Swastika (the first swirling) as explained in past blogs; However, these symbols only direct us into a journey of understanding that has no goal. We may say the goal is to understand the Infinite, but the word infinite, even if understood, is a human invention and understanding requires measurement and there is no measure of infinite. Hence, infinite means the intangible...something we really don't understand, so we say potential which is the same tautology. Therefore, words are an inadequate medium when trying to explain the "No-Thing" before Time-Space (Time Space is Measurement). The point that is Kether, is the Singularity of Energy, The Great One that was before the Big Bang but as the words may imply some vast understanding, this explanation is empty of experience and incomprehensible as is implies "non-space". Yet, we are also potentially anything, which makes us not as comfortably understood as one would like to think.

It Seems that the Divine Collective Unconscious, and/or the I AM wishes us to be as mentally vast as our forms seem to be limited. This is seen by the Imagination's ability to expand concepts so far beyond reality that reality is just an imagined collection of “comfortable limits”, as is our own forms. One moment we are the Human dreaming of being Spiral Energy (Spirit) the next we are Spiral Energy dreaming we are a human. Much like that old Chinese tale of Chuang Tzu dreaming he was a butterfly, then upon awakening he wondered if he was a butterfly dreaming, he is a man. For those who don't know the tale, Chuang Tzu was a philosopher in ancient China who one night went to sleep and dreamt that he was a butterfly. He dreamt that he was flying around from flower to flower and noticed while he was dreaming, he felt free, blown about by the breeze hither and thither. He was quite sure that he was a butterfly. Considering Kether, it is much the same. Am I energy who dreams it is a Homo Sapien Sapien, or am I a Homo Sapien Sapien dreaming I am energy? The truth is flesh is just camouflage for energy: a camouflage built out of Thoughts.

The Qabalist knows that All is Mind, and we are not talking about just the human consciousness, but the Mind that the Dream of the Universe floats in. All is mind! Hence, we are a Mind dreaming we are human. The Ace of Swords is a "seed or essence of Mind". The Root Powers of Air symbolize the influence of Kether in the formative World of Yetzirah and/or Astral Formative World. This may be understood as the motion in the Currents of Astral Fluid; However, that is just the unknown "footprint in the snow" whose melting shape is almost indecipherable and not the Powerful Being itself. The Astral realms are the realms of Fleeting Dream Forms...nothing solid. Thus, the Ace of Swords is a potent card which can be extremely good or extremely evil. Evil is live spelled backwards, and basically implies devolution rather than evolution. To move forward progressively, is Living, to Move backward, is "living in the past" and/or "anti-life" which is a form of "living dead"... since the past isn't present now. Thus, we have philosopher's saying. “Let the dead bury the dead...". In such a saying one remembers that the suit of Swords is the official tarot death suit.

Am I a man dreaming I am alive or am I life dreaming I am a man?

The Mind/Intellect is called the Pythagorean Element of Air, for it is heated by Passions, as Air is heated by Sun/Fire, and thus it can become violent and life threatening while still being rational. However, this is avoided if the Will of Spirit (Will with declaration is Spirit which is Eheieh and/or I will-Be; Declaration as I and Other, became 2- Spirit as I AM which became Mind-; The union of I- Will-Spirit and Am-Mind spontaneously created-Love- the force of Life, the third party we call Energy. ), I Am is the controller of Passion and/or vigorous energy, which flows through Mind's rational as Love which becomes Life Expanding and Liberating as unleased potential; the Mind is a child of Spirit (The One Mind is the Supernal Triangle of Kether-Chokmah-Binah).

The Ace of Wands represents a natural force, while the Ace of Swords represents that which is invoked; a force called upon. Hence, I AM, is the Ace of Swords; for I AM invokes existence, yet what I am is totally dreamt of and/or assumed. I AM Love!

The currents generated by Kether on the Astral are both dynamic and erratic, having the potential to be applied at will to different situations. Thus, we have the description of a "whirling force" that gains strength through trouble. To Qabalists, this is an affirmation of Divine authority and may become the Sword of Wrath, punishment, and affliction. The pure mind has no conscience; it is up to us who are intimate with life (or us who are life being intimate with the alive and/or its self-images), to supply discernment to thought. Zoroaster, called this No-thing/Kether a "whirling force crying out loud---I AM!"

Word of Law-Achath Rauch Elohim Chiim.

If we are finding the fact that we are both the dream and the dreamer who is the dream of Spirit confusing let us not despair, for the Ace of Swords represents the Sword of the Magus crowned in the twenty-two diadem of light (22 ATU-referring to the 0-Fool). To those of magic, the number 22 refers to Atu known as 22=2x11, the Magical manifestation of Chokmah, Wisdom, and the Logos. In Hebrew letters, which are numbers, is the Word of Law that blazes forth (Shown on Thoth Sword) clearing the dark clouds of a Personal Mind based on confusion, fear, or survival thinking.

I would suggest getting the Book 777 by Aleister Crowley to further study this, as the words "Achath Ruach Elohim Chiim" are the numbers 777 and means in English translation, “One is Spirit of the Gods of the Living" which implies that we are Spiritual life being intimate with the alive, using Avatars! The Ruach being the 6th Sephiroth- Tiphareth, the Solar Logos/Soul/Psyche----all of which I like to call the Solar or Celestial Self. There is a lot of investigative gematria to understand in Thoth Tarot so get the book 777 or The Book of Thoth, both written by Crowley. The god name of Kether is Eheieh "I will Be" but is not yet living", Achath Ruach Elohim Chiim, is the Spiral Energy that produces Living Creation (Sun/Son of God) only after the Will to Force (Chokmah) and the Will to Form (Binah) are applied, that application simultaneously creates the Priestess-ATU 2. 777, is also the number of the Scarlet Woman, the Red Goddess of vigorous energy, the Blood of Life frequency that makes stones live. Crowley named her Babalon (his spelling) So once again The Divine Creative is seen as God is Sex and/or 0=2 and the vigorous motion of the Universe is the 2 trying to come together as 1-----we call that "sex" or the Dance of the Goddess-God: However, it may be better known as "The Law of Attraction" even though the copulation of the 2 brings the orgasm (love) that all life comes from!

The Declarative Tarot-Seeding Inspiration.

The Declarative Tarot calls the Aces "seeds", and the suit of Swords is -"Layers of Mind" which describes the action of initiating the mind towards a chosen intent. Hence, an invocation. The Mind is a vast sky (Element of Air) of opportunities in which will releases pollenating ideas of self and watching them germinate in forms of self-reflection and/or self-image. Through mind's full cosmic focus, the Ternary Self of I AM Love, now creates What it loves as patterns of self, that we experience sensually as Life itself.

In the middle of this beautifully composed card and standing tall, is a Saguaro Catus whose fertile ideas of self-produce a Presence (scent) as a wonderful flower that attracts outside pollinators. The Law of Attraction requires Presence to attract "admires" and/or "other". Authenticity attracts authenticity. False attracts false.

The brilliant lights behind the mirror of self-reflection remind us we are a vast energy (light) that camouflages itself in human form. Hence, regardless of media-controlled word hypnosis, and the shape of our self-reflections we are much more than the limits we "declare" ourselves to be. Hence the image of bees conveys the thought of industrious beings that share their knowing with each other. Even the efforts to gather information is a way of sharing. Thus, creating opportunities they use to thrive in a healthy and abundant life. This card inspires one to do the same.

There is a suggestion of cycles of thought, as a dogwood leans over the crescent moon, inspiring us to note the cycles often as moods. One may ask "Do my thoughts flow?" and if so, "How long before they bud and bloom"? Are you aware of your timing, and do you sense when flow is optimum? The fox looking over his shoulder (female is a Vixen) reminds us to be aware of our surroundings, both within and without. The brain can litter itself with "Garbage in" and therefore, "Garbage out" which produces unnecessary trash that litters our self- imagery. Above the fox is a crocus flower, one of the first of spring, reminds us that some new beginnings have short windows of opportunity. The crystals imply that it takes time and effort to build layers that contribute to 4 the dimensional patterns (Fire-Air-Water-Earth) that hold our integrity of focus. Crystals are earth Alchemy that describes through precision and sophistication, the inherent natural pattern of matter. This represents material, substance, and things, as a physical world matrix of all sensual experience. Hence, our focused feelings create our "real world". Time isn't a line, nor a linear event. It is always "now", no past nor future exist in our "now", nor did they ever. Has your imagined linear time created you, or are you the powerful moment of I Am? You are the maker of opportunity not a "wana-be" identity who is looking at a desert all around you hoping opportunity shows up!

The Ace of Sword Tarot Card displays the Mind's healing that instills in our subconscious mind a powerful creative and purifying energy that can heal our ills with its rational and analytical essence. However, there is a discipline of severe inner work required as this energy concedes nothing without personal introspection and discovery of the "mind virus" that infects our subconscious self-identity, hence self-sacrifice.

Because we are of the Celestial (we are evolutionary stars-the evolution of Light-Suns of God) we carry data that is new perspectives, that free the consciousness from the boundaries of flesh and sensuality. Here are viewed unlimited potentials, where we begin to "remember" the Truth of Self and understand that all is Self, and Self is all we will ever know. That Self is the Cosmic I AM. Hence, the Truth of Existence, is I AM--- a truth we have all inherited as "selves of the One I AM". However, what we exist as, and/or present as "Self" is entirely up to our "knowing ourselves" and therefore, assumed potential that is not written in stone. I AM is reality and what I Am is a dream of being a "Me". Above all things, know thyself! Hence, we decide our own fate by our perspectives, but we are not in control of our Destiny, for that belongs to the DNA of the Stars, from which we are born and of which we are destined to explore. ALL OF US HAVE REACHED OUR DESTINY WHICH IS "I AM BEING!" However, when we reject the indolent programing and dogma profaning of our Self, we then can decide our own fate. Fate is a daily action that we control! By invoking our Higher Mind/Self, we become the Heavenly Human we are designed to be, and all things then belong to us. "
