In Western Hermetic Qabalah, THE MOON, which is the 18th ATU/Key of the Thoth Major Arcana or Tarot Trump, is called the Path of Qoph; Qoph is a Hebrew letter--meaning, back of head or ear. Connecting Netzach (Victory) with Malkuth (Kingdom) the Path of Qoph is described as "the Victory of the Material World" and/or "the deceptive effect of the apparent power of the Material World". This path of Qoph is also known as "the Threshold to life”: a spiritual re-birth that may be considered on two levels.

broken image

On one level, it is the course of incarnation where the soul organizes the physical body (sets frequency connection and reception) of which it will inhabit/animate in its name. It is a kind of sleep (physical awake-consciousness not yet formed), a kind of solar pre-consciousness, which differentiates into matter from the racial collective unconscious of 7th Sephiroth-Netzach.

broken image

On another level, where the student is advancing spiritual awareness up The Tree of Life/The God Molecule, it is a path of conquest of the phantoms (gods, demons, angels) which are "creations of the created" (Emerald Tablet) and/or Creations of the Personality via the subconscious and/or the survival mind. False souls or "gods" are created by the emotional collective of the people and is called an egregore and are just parasites. However, some egregore can be beneficial.

broken image

The path of Qoph (The Moon) is a probationary path, where the student must face the emotional phantoms hid in the dark recesses of their own mind, as well as those of racial egregore. The moon symbolizes "the Self–reflection” that goes on with the inner Solar Logos and our subconsciousness.

broken image

"The Path of Qoph and the Lunar Mirror of the Subconscious"

Our subconsciousness is like a Moon within the psyche—a reflective orb that mirrors the undercurrents of our conscious awareness. In Qabalistic symbolism, the Moon is not merely a luminary, but the emblem of self-reflection: a surface upon which the hidden tides of the subconscious mind are cast in symbolic form. This path reveals not the daylight clarity of rational thought, but the phantasmal images born of instinctual fears, suppressed desires, and ancestral memory.

broken image

The Path of Qoph, associated with the Moon card in the Thoth Tarot, leads us into this spectral territory. It is not a gentle road, but one carved through the mythic terrain of the Hero's or Heroine’s Journey—a trans-cultural narrative of descent, challenge, and rebirth. Here we enter the "poisoned darkness" of the collective unconscious, where ancient shadow forms reside—what Indigenous traditions might call the Wetiko, a mind-virus that feeds on fear, illusion, and self-deception. These shadows are not abstract—they take the form of inner monsters, parasitic identities, and dreamlike phantoms that must be confronted and transmuted through heroic will.

This path, ruled by Qoph, is ruled over astrologically by Pisces and psychically by Nephesh, the animal or instinctual soul. Thus, it initiates us into the world of the primal self, the limbic survival mind—both individual and racial. Within this domain, we encounter the archetypal fears that shaped humanity's evolutionary psyche: fear of the unknown, of death, of being devoured, of abandonment. These raw impulses often rise in dreams, hallucinations, or compulsive behaviors, revealing the depth of the subconscious tide.

broken image

Such a plunge into the depths, if unguided, can destabilize the mind. Indeed, the word lunatic itself originates from this lunar influence, referencing those who lose balance under the sway of unconscious tidal forces. But in Hermetic terms, these trials are not to be avoided—they are initiatory. The monsters we face in the lunar darkness are guardians of wisdom, encoded lessons encrypted in fear. Only by walking this path with awareness does the Moon cease to be a veil of illusion and become a gateway to intuitive gnosis.

Therefore, to walk the Path of Qoph is to brave the labyrinth of the self, to descend into the Night Sea Journey where shadows dance and dissolve. And in that sacred darkness, the Light of the Soul begins to flicker anew.

"The Moon and the Triple Goddess: Cycles of Inner Sight and Symbolic Vision"

The Moon, as a symbol, has long been associated with the Triple Goddess—the triune archetype of Maiden, Mother, and Crone—whose phases are mirrored in the lunar cycle. The waxing crescent reflects the Maiden: new beginnings, intuition awakening, and the promise of potential. The full Moon embodies the Mother: fullness, manifestation, nurturance, and power. And the waning crescent reflects the Crone: dissolution, wisdom, endings, and transition into the unseen. Together, these three aspects represent the eternal rhythm of becoming, being, and release—an initiatory spiral encoded in the very sky above us.

broken image

In the Hermetic Qabalah, the Moon card (Atu XVIII) is a gate of passage along the Path of Qoph, where consciousness must surrender its need for linear clarity and embrace the symbolism of cyclical awareness. This is the realm of inner sight—not physical vision, but the psychic perception that sees through the lens of dream, archetype, and emotional resonance. To internalize one’s awareness here is to turn the mind inward, to navigate by the reflected light of intuition rather than the direct light of reason.

broken image

The Moon is therefore not just a light in the sky but a mirror of the soul's tides. This card teaches us that symbolism is not merely intellectual, but lunar—fluid, shifting, and deeply emotional. Like the moonlight that dances on water, symbols encountered on this path are not fixed. They shimmer with layered meaning, inviting us to cycle through their inner phases. In this way, the Moon initiates a mental lunation—a psychic cycling or recursive spiral through inner patterns and emotional scripts.

These symbolic phases are not haphazard—they are the alchemical rhythms of the soul’s transformation. We find ourselves repeating emotional or psychic patterns not because we are lost, but because the soul moves through spirals of awareness, gaining deeper insight with each turn. As the Moon waxes and wanes, so too do our inner worlds expand and contract, revealing hidden truths in the waxing mystery, and asking us to surrender illusions in the waning light.

Hence, the Moon is the sacred map of symbolic recurrence. It urges us to reflect—not just passively, but with the active willingness to see again (re-flect) what the subconscious is truly expressing. The Triple Goddess within us guides this process, as Maiden brings curiosity, Mother gives depth, and Crone delivers wisdom through integration.

To walk under the light of the Moon is to enter the sacred mysteries of pattern, phase, and psychic gestation—to embrace not knowing, and yet, to be illuminated by what cannot be named.

As previously stated, the meaning ofthe Hebrew letter Qoph, that is shown on the bottom of the Thoth Moon Card, is also means the back of the head; behind the head itself, is the Sun -Resh. The Moon symbolizes the anterior to the bright intellect of the Sun. The Moon, the Path of Qoph, (subconscious)only reflects the light of the Sun (Awake conscious). Thus, the central path of the Thoth card goes from the dark side of the Moon, (the "false ego") towards the light side that reflects direct Sunlight (Plasmic Solar Intelligence/Psyche).

broken image
broken image

Khepera

This rising act of direct Sunlight is shown as what some call the Egyptian Scarab symbol of the God Khepera (khepera), pushing the Sun towards the Moon. More traditional Tarot Cards, such as the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot or even the not so traditional Mystic Palette Tarot Moon show a crayfish or lobster crawling out of a dark pool of water. However, Lady Frieda Harris, has artfully portrayed in the Thoth Card a Water Strider, not a dung beetle.

broken image

This Water Strider is carrying the Sun off the surface of the Dark Water (subconscious) implying that the dark night will soon be over. The Moon -ATU/Key-18, symbolizes the rebirth of light out of hideous darkness; bright intellect overcoming the dark denizens of our "mind virus" infected subconscious, i.e., the illusions of emotional and/or survival fears and terrors of what the unseen sounds of the dark denizens of fear may herald.

Crowley warns us of the path as he states: "This path is guarded by *Tabu. She is uncleanliness and sorcery. Upon the hills are black towers of nameless mystery, of horror and of fear. All prejudice, all superstition, dead tradition, and ancestral loathing, all combine to darken her face before the eyes of men. It needs unconquerable courage to tread this path." [The Book of Thoth, Pg., 112)

Indian Actress-Tabu

Tabu of Dark Sorcery

Tabu as the Guardian of Shadow Initiation

Crowley’s use of the name Tabu—an echo of the Polynesian concept of sacred prohibition—signifies a force that both repels and protects. She is the Gatekeeper of the Shadow, the one who stands between the aspirant and their subconscious wilderness. "Uncleanliness and sorcery" are not moral judgments here—they are metaphors for that which defies conventional structure: the wild, instinctual, and irrational contents of the unconscious. These are taboo not because they are evil, but because they threaten the fragile scaffolding of societal identity and egoic control.

Tabu is the Dark Goddess—the Lilith, the Hekate, the Babalon before the Cup is lifted—who demands that we confront the polluted waters of fear, shame, repression, and ancestral karma before we may drink from the well of intuitive gnosis.

broken image

Black Towers on the Hills: Archetypes of Psychological Resistance

The “black towers of nameless mystery” that rise on either side of the path represent the dual guardians of the threshold—symbolic of psychic resistance structures built over centuries: racial memory, religious indoctrination, cultural fears, and intergenerational trauma. These towers are nameless because they speak from beneath the rational mind—they are phantoms of superstition, inherited loathing, and societal programming. Yet to name them is to begin to break their spell.

They are projections of the Wetiko, the mind-virus of dualistic illusion, taking form as authoritarian beliefs, inner condemnation, shame, and spiritual paranoia. These towers cannot be destroyed by brute force, only seen through—dissolved by the clear eye of self-awareness and gnosis.

The Required Currency: Unconquerable Courage

Crowley does not discourage this path—he honors it. He tells the adept that to tread it requires “unconquerable courage.” This is the solar heart confronting lunar shadow. It is Tiphareth daring to enter Netzach and Hod’s subterranean crossroads, where the forces of emotion and intellect collapse into a dreaming sea. The aspirant must learn to swim through illusions, not to destroy them, but to perceive the wisdom they veil.

broken image

For the Hermetic initiate, this journey through Qoph is the alchemical Nigredo, the blackening of all false light. The horrors that appear are not external—they are masks worn by disowned parts of the Self. The only true danger is refusal to look. For those who do, the path becomes not a descent into madness, but a rite of purification and symbolic rebirth.

Summary Insight:

Crowley’s Tabu is not to be feared—she is to be respected, understood, and ultimately transcended. She is the veiled face of the Dark Goddess guarding the liminal threshold between personality and Soul. To pass her is to earn the title of Initiate—not by escaping fear, but by walking straight through it, lantern in hand, guided by the unwavering flame of the Solar Self.

The Patriarchy's control of female identity

Crowley's use of the word Tabu, for Luna, is interesting. For woman has become a misogynist nightmare of Patriarchy indoctrination and dogma. This began as the myogenic interpretation of the first book of Genesis by the Patriarchy sponsored slave-religions, blaming Eve for the downfall of mankind that became the damning of woman as the temptress whose seductive mechanisms got mankind banished from the garden of Eden. Thereby, relieving men of all responsibility for their sexual aggression.; "She made me do it" etc. Hence, woman became the image of original sin. All of which is a convenient propaganda misinterpretation of the book, imagination, intuition, and of the "god" that created man to toil in the garden of Eden {see-The 12th Planet by Zecharia Sitchin].

broken image

The myths of a tyrannical god named Jehovah or Yahweh, are about an Alien Master Race who created slaves on the Planet Earth. These slaves where a genetically modified Homo Erectus; a modification done by splicing Anunnaki (Alien) genes/ DNA (Sumerian for "those who from the sky or heavens came") to Homo Erectus DNA, forming the Homo Sapien slave laborer for the "Master Race" and/or Gods.

“Anunnaki Genesis: Re-Reading Yahweh as the Alien Artificer”

In the esoteric re-telling of ancient Near-Eastern myth, the figure later canonized as YHWH or Jehovah can be interpreted less as the solitary Creator of monotheism and more as the regional governor of an advanced extraterrestrial lineage—the Anunnaki, literally “those who from the heavens came” in Sumerian. Within this alternative cosmogony, the garden-scene of Eden is not a pastoral idyll but an anthropogenesis laboratory where a proto-human species, Homo erectus, is awakened—and shackled—by a deliberate act of genetic intervention.

  1. Splicing Heaven and Earth
The cuneiform narratives of Enki and Ninmah speak of “fashioning workers” to relieve the Anunnaki of toil in the gold mines of the Ab-zu. Modern mythographers (e.g., Sitchin) read this as a literal description of molecular engineering: Anunnaki nucleic acids grafted onto the hominid genome, yielding the first Homo sapiens—a biologically upgraded labor class programmed for obedience. In this lens, Yahweh’s oft-lamented jealousy and punitive decrees echo the anxieties of any “project manager” monitoring a new hybrid that might transcend its assigned function.

  2. The Tyrannical Deity Archetype
Across cultures we find the theme of a sky-god who binds: the Egyptian Set enslaving humanity to desert toil, the Greco-Roman Zeus chaining Prometheus for gifting fire (knowledge). In Qabalistic terms, these figures crystallize the restrictive polarity of Geburah (Mars/Severity) without the balancing grace of Chesed (Jupiter/Mercy). Jehovah, when read through this Mars-heavy lens, becomes the personification of an externalized authority that demands service yet withholds self-determinative gnosis.

  3. Hermetic Decoding
Whether one treats the Anunnaki thesis as literal paleocontact or as allegory, its Hermetic import is identical: human consciousness was seeded with both limitation and latent divinity. The “slave-gene” is the survival mind—Nephesh—that clings to obedience. Yet within that same double helix coils the Solar Spark of Neshamah, urging us toward self-sovereignty. Thus, the Edenic expulsion is not a punishment but an invitation to evolve beyond imposed servitude into star-borne autonomy.

  4. Liberation Through Inner Alchemy
In the Great Work, we transmute this inherited bondage by activating the Kundalini fire, walking the serpentine Paths of the Tree until the once-engineered worker stands as the self-realized Magus. The Hermetic rebel thereby answers—across aeons—the silent fear in the heart of every would-be “Master Race”: that their creation might remember its stellar origin and reclaim the throne within.

In practical terms, this so-called myth urges us to challenge any authority—cosmic or terrestrial—that insists we remain lesser than our own potential. The chains are not only historical or genetic; they are psychological memetics waiting to be alchemized into wings.

broken image

However, by calling the clay tablets written by scribes who were on the scene and recording what they say as a myth is academic misinformation so, let’s untangle the wording so we don’t accidentally diminish the tablets’ status as primary evidence.

1. What the clay tablets actually are

  • Primary documents, not modern retellings. These tablets were inscribed by contemporary scribes—often court-appointed or temple-trained—who recorded what their society believed, witnessed, or was ordered to memorialize.

  • A vast range of genres. Among the tens of thousands of surviving pieces you’ll find:

    • royal annals and king lists

    • contracts, receipts, and census rolls

    • astronomical diaries and omen series

    • hymns, rituals, and foundation inscriptions

    • narrative epics such as the Enuma Elish or Atrahasis

broken image

Each tablet type has its own historiographic weight. A ration list is treated like a spreadsheet; a hymn is treated like liturgy; a narrative epic is treated like literature with potential historical kernels.

2. Why the word myth shows up in academia

In Assyriology and comparative religion, “myth” is a formal genre label, not a synonym for “fiction” or “fairy tale.” It simply flags a storyline in which deities or supra-human agents act on the cosmic stage, often to legitimize political order or ritual practice. When a scholar writes “Sumerian creation myth,” they are classifying narrative style and theological content—not accusing the scribe of fabrication.

3. Where confusion creeps in

Modern English usage often equates myth with “falsehood.” Thus, calling the Enuma Elish a “myth” can sound as if one is dismissing it. That is not how specialists use the term; but outside specialist circles, the nuance is easily lost—creating the very “academic misinformation” commonly used.

Instead of “myth,” we can say:

“The cuneiform narratives preserved on first-millennium BCE tablets—many of which the scribes presented as eyewitness chronicles of divine–human interaction—describe the Anunnaki (‘those who from the heavens came’) genetically fashioning a labor force from an existing hominid stock.”

That wording honors the tablets as contemporary testimony while keeping the door open for Hermetic or paleo-contact interpretations.

As a Hermetic Scholar I reserve “myth” only when we’re explicitly discussing narrative genre and I often add a parenthetical reminder that in scholarly parlance it does not mean “made-up.” Anywhere else, call the texts “cuneiform tablets,” “primary inscriptions,” or “Sumerian records.” That keeps both the academic precision and the integrity of the original witness intact.

Then there is the myth of the Messiah/Savior of humankind. This to needs elucidation.

“The Savior of Mankind” — A Hermetic Reading of Anunnaki Bio-Alchemy

In this esoteric narrative, the “Savior of Mankind” is not a single incarnate messiah, but the breakthrough genetic template—the perfected Adam—engineered in the Anunnaki laboratories. Earlier prototypes carried numerous “errors” (the biblical word ḥaṭṭā’th—“sins”—also means missing the mark). When these unstable gene lines threatened wider ecological or sociopolitical collapse, the custodians initiated radical containment protocols: the “nuclear” devastation of Sodom and Gomorrah and, later, a cataclysmic flood to wipe the genomic slate clean.

broken image

Seen through the Hermetic eye, the perfected double helix mirrors the Tree of Life: twenty-two rungs of encoded possibility spiralling between the twin pillars of Mercy and Severity. Humanity’s task is to climb this living ladder—activating each Sephirah in the genome—until the latent Adam Kadmon within us stands revealed.

broken image
  1. “Savior” as Code-Correction, not Moral Redemption
Christian soteriology presents a redeemer who atones for moral wrongdoing. The Anunnaki-centric lens recasts “salvation” as error-correction—akin to a bio-engineer repairing corrupt code. Sin becomes mutation, purification becomes genomic reset. In Qabalistic terms, this is Tikkun—the rectification of broken vessels.

  2. Adam = Prototype 2.0
The Atrahasis tablets describe a clay-and-blood mixture animated by “divine essence.” Hermetically, this is pathworking in matter: spirit (Shin) infusing earth (Tav) to forge the balanced tetragram YHShVH (Yeheshuah), the formula of the savior. The perfected Adam is thus Adam Kadmon, the macro-cosmic template echoed micro-cosmically in our DNA.

  3. Sodom, Gomorrah, and the “Nuclear” Reset
The scorching of the Cities of the Plain—columns of smoke “like a furnace” (Gen 19:28)—reads, in this frame, as a tactical strike to quarantine rogue hybrids. Whether literal or allegorical, the episode dramatizes Geburah’s fiery severity balancing unchecked proliferation (Netzach).

  4. The Flood as Global Reformat
Mesopotamian flood epics chronicle a planet-wide purge of unstable strains, followed by reseeding from an ark’s curated bio-library. Kabbalistically, this is a macro-cycle of Binah’s Waters dissolving malformed structures so they may be re-expressed on higher octaves.

broken image
  1. DNA and the Sephirotic Spiral

    • Twin Pillars: the antiparallel strands echo Jachin and Boaz.

    • 22 Paths / 22 Codons: Hebrew letters map onto enzymatic gates mediating energy across the helix.

    • Serpentine Form: the caduceus-like coil is the awakened Kundalini ascending the Tree.

  2. Practical Hermetic Takeaway
The Great Work today is inner CRISPR: conscious editing of inherited programs—fear, prejudice, limitation—engraved in Nephesh. Through ritual, meditation, and disciplined will, we re-sequence our psycho-spiritual DNA, aligning it with the Solar blueprint buried in the heart of Tiphareth.

broken image

Read the books of Zecharia Sitchin, a brave archeologist who dared to go against the academic myth concept. It will enhance your reasoning and help you wrench your imagination's control back to you as you begin to know yourself as body, mind, and spirit.

Now we all carry within our DNA, The God Molecule of the Anu, which is scientifically proven to be at least Trillions of years old (Theoretic age given DNA by some of our non-patriarchal controlled Geneticists) while the Earth-life is only 3.8 billion years old! Our DNA is proven to be celestial, as it is many times older than Earth.

Qabalistic knowledge states that we are also "of the Goddess" (Sumerian-Ninmah) as we are all motivated by the Universal Collective Imagination as well as created by it! She is the aspect of the One Mind who is a Creator/Creatrix collective. Imagination means "image-making" which is what a Creatrix/Creator does.

broken image

The Moon is the symbol of imagination and intuition...the great She. Most people's imagination is under the authority of those who rule definition (word hypnosis), and therefore, have no control over what their subconscious creates. Hence, "Above all things, know thyself", is another way of saying to take charge of your imagination/image making ability. To do this you must be lucid in your dreams, nightmares, daymares, etc. Face the demons within and they will die under the sun/son light of your observation.

The Qabalistic Tree of Life.

Before the Patriarchy of Rome and the Roman Church, The Matriarchies of Europe owned all agriculture and therefore, the Land; the Patriarchy/"military industrial complex" of Rome went forth to conquer and hold the peoples of Europe under their "sandal heels" and found this misinterpretation of the Creation Myth of Women's seductive cause fall of man as inconvenient to male rule and as a proof to destroy the matriarchies of the Celts, Germanic Tribes, Anglo Saxons, and Franks etc. Later, all Patriarchies found this interpretation of this false Creation Myth, as a good excuse to steal the land that woman used to own (women invented agriculture and cities) and banish woman from politics of all conquered lands. Making women a "2nd class" citizen whose rights were not those of men and often tortured them if they dared to seek knowledge. Using the word for "Wise Woman" (Witch) as a form of blasphemy or even heresy against their dogma-God and the Patriarch egregore showing evil's true head.

To profane woman is to profane Life itself!

broken image

The wise woman word -witch, is the Anglo Saxon "Witch" which is interpreted to mean a " woman with her wits about her". The Patriarchy took the important woman of a village and created the False Witch of Fear / Tabu, and superstition thereby creating "fear of Life" and a divide and conquer "mind virus".

Today the modern patriarchy of the Military Industrial Complex also controls the media with supplied propaganda (word hypnosis) to keep "woman in her place" and to make men transfer their "Love of Woman and Family" to the Love of State as "Patriotism"; the Patriarchy is now the "Loving Family of the Military Industrial Complex", a group of worthless old men. Therefore, through the clever manipulation of propaganda/Words, the true Wise Woman of Wicca or "the craft of herbology" became an "evil woman" who dared to usurp the control of the male sponsored "war machine".

broken image

Military Industrial Complex

Hence, Superstition is just a Profaned Imagination; a propaganda that plays on "fear of predation", rather than the Bright I-magi-nation of Creative Life. The Imagination of the people was and is profaned by fear mongering and/or God-fearing slave-religions to keep the "slave mentality" so necessary for tyrants and oligarchs to rule.

A subconscious ruled by profaned imagination is the "Dark Luna" that enslaves reason of mythology. In truth, the dark and/or abyssal womb is the mother of light and life not an enslaver.

broken image

The Dark Luna- All beauty and all knowing.

broken image

In Thoth Deck Tarot, THE PRIESTESS, is a source of pure, clear waters (consciousness) emerging from the Godhead-The Father to God the Son/Sun (Solar Self) and is the Highest state of Luna (I-magi-nation). The Same waters of consciousness are seen here on The Moon card, but they are polluted and/or profaned (wavy lines of red and black on bottom of card) with the dark subconscious fears of mortality and torture, that fear of physical pain, rejection and death bestows a parasitic weakness on the subconsciousness and therefore, the lowest state of Luna (Dark Imagination).

broken image
broken image

However, as I have stated before, the traveling up the Path of Qoph, towards the "Son/Sun Consciousness” of the Soul (the Sun-6th Sephiroth Tiphareth) notably changes the body physiology, as the Bright Beautiful Light Intellect of the Sun/Son (Tiphareth) descends into it and awaking The God Molecule that is our DNA (Which the inner Plasma/Kundalini turns into the Philosopher's stone and/or Anunnaki Genetics). When traveling up the Path of Qoph, the Personality becomes increasingly aware of the Higher and/or Cosmic Self and less controlled by the dark fears of the mortal body that is controlled by the word hypnosis of a media sponsored "false ego".

B.O.T.A

broken image

Dr. Paul Foster Case, Qabalistic Founder of B.O.T.A., called The Moon, the "Corporeal Intelligence" which means the "body consciousness". Also, in Hebrew the word "corporeal" means "to rain upon", which is why we see the symbols of Yods raining down from the central orb of the card. Since this is a Watery Card, the ancient Egyptians, of a more poetic bent, say that these Yod symbols are "tears of the Moon- Goddess raining down and filling the Nile". What we all agree on is that something descends from the 7th Sephiroth-Yesod; the Sephiroth of the Moon to the Earth on the Path of Qoph, which is represented as raining Yods (Yod means "hand").

broken image
broken image

The path of Qoph is that of primitive instincts, of nature red in "both tooth and claw" which emerges uncontrolled by moral or ethical reasoning. The traveler of this Path will face aspects of themselves that our cultural beliefs force upon them to repress but are indeed integral and undeniable parts of our predatory human form and Will power, therefore, our "will to be "has become profaned by superstitious culture programing of the subconscious mind and the infectious evil of the "mind virus" that presents itself as "you".

Until the student is able to fearlessly approach these internal demons and thereby, remove the veils of darkness from the subconscious,  allowing in the Bright Intellect of the Son/Sun ( our celestial soul) who applies beautiful reason to our intangible consciousness allowing one to emerge from dark subverting fears into a bright, beautiful, sunny mind of warm intelligence and thereby, domesticate and make conscious the animal/beast within making it a loyal companion who understands the need to do unto another as it would have done to it.

Suppression of instincts only builds rage! Therefore, love and caring the inner survival mind of the body by conscious awareness builds a stalwart companion that will walk the hero's/heroine's journey alongside of you.

The simple Hebrew letter of Qoph, also translates into the English word, sleep. Thus, we have a conscious relationship with the Moon-subconscious and the bright Sun reflecting side, our waking consciousness, and of the lonely dark sunless side of the sleeping subconsciousness.

broken image

As the Moon cycles, so does our consciousness, as during the cyclic phase of conscious withdrawal from the physical (Sleep) many of us still act upon the fantasies and information closely related to the body’s survival-based experiences. Their dreaming is filled with phantoms produced by the body’s ancient fear of pain and/or death which once consciously transcended, is the successful completion of the Path of The Moon. When consciousness sheds its bright, warm, light of the Solar Self/ Soul upon the darkness; Darkness is banished, and the shadow self becomes more conscious. As Celestial Beings, Psyche, we are immortal and need not fear and ending for we created the beginning and end of manifestation.

broken image

The initiate finds that birth, death, and resurrection are pivotal concepts on the Path of the Moon. These biological processes occur in the light and dark of our sensual perceptions. The 2 figures of Anubis, the jackal -headed gatekeepers, symbolize this cyclic process (Spiral energy of life and death) as the god Anubis was the Egyptian god of light and darkness, death, and resurrection.

broken image

broken image

The "As above, so below" is shown as a pattern on this card (light above light below) and reinforces this meaning. The Gateway is also shown on the Triple Goddess Tarot (past blogs) as the dark Scrying mirror.

John Dee, an Alchemist, astrologer of Queen Elizabeth the 1st- court, used a "moon pool" and/or a bowl filled with dark water to view the denizens of the subconscious. Therefore, The Moon, symbolizes the process of "self-reflection", as well as, a process consciousness goes through, when energy proceeds from order to disorder (second law of Thermodynamics), from organized flesh to death.

broken image

To understand the Path of Qoph--The Moon, is to understand the partnership of our personality, imagination, and/or self-consciousness to the physical vehicle, which the Soul-the Divine Personality animates for each manifestation.

Since most people perceive themselves as having existence only through their bodies, this is often a most difficult undertaking. One must realize that they are Spirit/Plasmic Energy intelligence (Will to be) born before they created a personal "Mind" from experiences of the Universal Collective Unconscious.

We must realize that the information gathered from that "Mind" collective of I AM, must become information before it can be "Knowledge". Information becomes a measurement and/or form in this universe. Life is information experienced through a sensual form and/or intimate in-form-action; Intimate Experience produces knowledge. What many of us learn, is that what we call "outer space" is the Dark fabric of the Universal Collective Unconscious (God-The I AM) and all exists in it, as it, and not just from it.

Energy-in-motion (emotion) is emoted frequencies of light that carries data and the changing phases of the moon influence the spiraling motion of microwaves/frequencies on earth. The influence of the Moon is the Magnetic to the Sun's Electric, and bends and helps shape the reflected light/energy. This often shows up in humans as emotional moods and/or phases (lunatics).

broken image

Hence, she is a mirror to our, often ignored electric "emotional" self, which emotes energy into illusions of belief and therefore, manifestation. She is the perfect example of the Magnetic Female, which can also affect the fertility of the female species on earth. When we learn to connect to the moon's rhythms of change, we handle flux and reflux with ease and grace, learning to emote what we want not what we fear.

broken image

Fear is a phantom, and when profaned by propaganda, dogma, and indoctrination fear is not reality and emotions become automatons of reaction, triggered by words/definitions that are stored in the subconsciousness of the brain. You are a Plasmic Being/ Spirit, not a brain, nor should an outside authority rule your brain. You are the master and the masterpiece! You are the author, actor, script, and stage in your own story. Tell the brain the truth, you are not programs, cultural dogma, indoctrinated identity nor any word of human invention. You are the Prana (Hindu-meaning Vital Life Force) that arrives through the breath (Spirit comes from the Greek Word Spiro which means "breath").

broken image

You are the Solar/Celestial who operates a brain in your name of "I AM" on a plane of energy that is tangible reflection!

As previously stated, it is the physical fear of dying and/or being preyed on, that the false ego has attached to and uses to hound our subconsciousness aspect of the brain in many subtle ways, producing phantoms who manifest as phobias, obsessions, and mental - emotional disorders and PTSD.

Like I have often said, to my own brain- body," You came from cranberries and to cranberries you shall return..." which is a slightly dark humor that I use to give the brain pause from its attempts at survival thinking (worry, fear of death, fear of rejection, fear of loss etc..). We are not physical brains (Wet ware). We are Spiritual Souls (Intelligent Celestial-Solar Energy), who are supposed to program the brain-wet-ware with the golden Sun's/Son's own Universal Collective software, for the purpose of experiencing the discernment of being a "living Spirit/Energy", something we as "I AM" are not (I AM-means existence-but not what exists).

The Universal Experiment of Life is all about Self-Awareness. As the One- Self became Two by inventing the concept of "I" and Other- "Am". Hence, 0=2, and when a body is adopted as an avatar in the material world, 2+1=3; Spirit-Mind-Body becomes Father-Mother-Child.

The Medieval Feathers Tarot-Key 18-The Moon

Presented on the Medieval Feathers Tarot-Key-18-The Moon, is a young woman sitting beneath a full moon lit sky as she weaves hay. She is doing her best to get in touch and analyze her emotions. The Patriarchal social egregore as well as the men in her life have oppressed her all her life and she must keep her feelings to herself to avoid abuse. She was often told her feelings were of no consequence and serving no useful purpose.

She's had enough and has asked the Moon to help her release her emotions so that she can best analyze them. As she weaves, under the influence of the Magpie's feather, her conscious drifts to another plane (from Nephesh to Ruach) and she becomes lucidly aware of her subconscious fears and troubles while reflecting on them.

The magpie's feather implies that one should not take any arguments or disagreements to heart and learn to solve them with integrity and tranquility. Other people's opinions design their personality, not yours. Hence, their opinions show their personal judgement of themselves, and not you as you are seen as a Moon reflection of their own projections.

The Moon reminds us that thoughts can no longer be indiscriminate mental ramblings of an uncontrolled or profaned imagination, they now must support life and expand and liberate the "living" form beyond fear of death- based thoughts of a slave.

Spirit causes life, but is infinite and unmeasured, and therefore, is not "alive", even though it exists in the intangible format of Pranic Energy.

"I Am" denotes existence not what that I AM is. What "I AM" is as a Self, is totally a Fantasy/Assumption and therefore, a Soul is free to imagine itself anyway it wishes. What "those who control definition" tell us is "Reality", is merely a Ruler's propaganda binding our Identities into group-controlled definitions (egregores) and/or group hysteria which in no way allows freedom to choose.

The Moon Card represents "Reality" as the fantasy it really is! For what is deemed real, is imagined like every other image (Imagination means to "image make").

Hence, the Moon card implies that One should "Take charge of the Story you are telling yourself!"

Violet is her name, (from wolf to total cuteness/the subconscious as companion of awake consciousness!)

The Soul is one who must mentally reflect upon a world of Matter, which for generations was symbolized by the Moon. For as science has taught us this is the realm of "Reflected light" which is less than one percent of the total electromagnetic spectrum: a light spectrum that is the foundational medium of our universal collective consciousness and its aspects as subconsciousness and Unconsciousness.

One could say, that on the Path of the Moon, the Soul learns to run the physical vehicle by expanding the brain's divisionism perspectives beyond that of life and death, good and bad, into the knowledge that keeps personality-resurrection, liberation, and expansion as a form of I AM ME. We are prone to "Self-reflection" in a world of reflected light.

Spirit will always build form, for not only is that Spirit's destiny, but it is also necessary to experience the assumptions of I AM and turn that data/information into Knowledge.

Reality will always be a fantasy of Self-Reflection, as for what is "truly real" is on the other side of the mirror----All is Mind. Hence, I AM is truth, but what I AM is always assumed.

This dreaming subconscious mind is happy when it realizes that life is a story, we tell ourselves. This card also asks, "who is dreaming you now"? Are you a figment of the imagination of those who rule the many through dogma and indoctrination? Or do you rule your own personal domain of being?

Do you, "Above all things, know thyself"?

When the Moon Card-Key 18- is thrown during a reading it implies:

  • The querent is experiencing dissatisfaction and voluntary change is on the horizon.
  • The querent is experiencing choice and authenticity over old illusions and delusions.
  • A call to enter the darkness of the subconscious and to come to grips with one's fantasy made demons.
  • Within 18 weeks or 18 months the querent must take control of the survival mind and expand it beyond its fear-based perspectives.
  • They must remember that they are a Spirit who owns a body, not a body who owns a spirit; an Immortal Conscious that owns a mortal consciousness.
  • Devotion to intuitive knowledge.
  • Mirror of the Soul and/or the bridge between the inner and outer world.
  • Strong dreams

If ill defined by the surrounding cards of the layout it implies:

  • Hysterical illusion.
  • Persecution complex.
  • Hallucinations.
  • Fear.
  • Drug abuse.
  • Flights from reality.
