Thoth- Queen of Disks

Queen of the thrones of Earth; Queen of the Gnomes.

The 3rd Sephiroth-, Binah is the "will to form" and is a force that is imposed on the Pure Fiery Energy of Chokmah. She is known as Understanding, for an idea, once understood, can be molded into manifestation. She is the intelligence of the Queens.

Again, these are not Persons, but States of Conscious Energy, called "Beings" that are Archetypes of Personalities. Beings  are immortal parts of the Divine Collective Unconscious, meaning the deep Imagination, where images are understood as forms of ideas. Images are the only way to realize these deep inner layers of Mind and symbols of that before Mind. Tarot is one of the Image languages that has evolved over time. However, Binah is not only the 3rd Sephiroth on the Tree of Life, in the upper part called the Supernal Triangle, she is the essence of Womb, and I often call this state of Mind a "Womb with a View", because she conceives by understanding.

The Queens all represent the Universal Element of Water in each suit. Water represents unconsciousness, intuition and emotion. They are enthroned in the Element of the Universal Unconsciousness and as emotion, make the Mind bring forth the Force of the King, by realization and understanding which develops that force. We can see this in ourselves as unconsciousness directs an emotionally charged idea.

The Queen of Disks, often called the Queen of Pentacles, is also Queen of the Thrones of Earth; Queen of the Gnomes.

Astrological attribution is last Decan of Sagittarius and the first two Decans of Capricorn. The Queen of Disks is Water of Earth, a specific consciousness in the Primal Earth element. Most of us call her "Mother Nature" , the Teutonic Erda or the modern/ancient name of Gaia.

The Thoth Deck Queen of Disks is displaying her ruler ship over earth as shown in the crystal cubed scepter that has within it a three-sided Hexagram.

Her zodiacal attribute to Capricorn is shown by the image of the Goat. Her Throne is vegetation as she is the life of such. She is the Highest Aspect of passivity and this is shown as a winding passive river flowing through and fertilizing waste land. The Great Work is ultimately expressed in fertility, where the "As the Above" Self-Identities manifests in the " below" as life-forms. She as Queen, is the ruling facilitator of such manifestation.

The Disk on her left arm is curved with loops and spheres interlaced, representing the ambition of matter to take part in the Great Work. This ambition is often described as fecund motion. This is also shown by the Spiral Horns of the Tibetan Makor on Her helmet/crown, as Spiral force which is both Spirit-frequency and Vital Life Force. The reptilian patterned armor of the Queen represents the regenerative force in nature as serpents shed their skin to become more. As Crowley stated: " She thus represents the ambition of matter to take part in the Great Work of Creation".

[Book of Thoth-Pg. 166]

Therefore, the Queen of Disks is a force to be reckoned with, for the Water of Earth, is also what all life forms depend on being, present and are primarily made of. One can communicate mentally to "Grandmother River", as the Ojibway called her, for Mother of all Forms, has never lost her link to them (The Human body is over 70% water) and can be asked to assist one in Understanding and Empathy. It may be hard to see water as a form of intelligence, but it is and "Living Water", such as springs and rapid flowing streams, can be communicated with for it will present its intelligence as an Undine to individuals whose psyche is open to the Universal Self. "Water witches", those who detect intuitionally water underground are in communication with "Grandmother River" and know her kindness. However, she can also be extremely destructive if need be, although her greatest attribute is her passivity.

Tarot Illuminati- Queen of Pentacles.

The nurturing Mother Earth.

What can one say about the Tarot Illuminati-Queen of Pentacles but WOW! You are not going to find an image of Mother Nature anymore fertile, fecund and enticing than this one. Her elaborate throne, is toped with the Capricorn Goats, and a cornucopia of fruits, vegetables, and flora abound around her. We even have a fairy Faun (upper left) playing a flute in rainbow melody. Then there is the White Hare of the Goddess *Hara/Hera, (right lower) at her feet. Just looking at her promotes Lust and Whimpering Fear at the same time. She is indeed a Force to be Reckoned with.

*Hera is the Queen of the Gods and is the wife and sister of Zeus in the Olympian pantheon. She is known for being the Goddess of Marriage & Birth. Despite being the Goddess of Marriage, she was known to be jealous and vengeful towards the many lovers and offspring of her husband Zeus.
